Everyone connected with Sporting Futures truly couldn’t be prouder of these four lads pictured above.

When you send youngsters from Scotland across the Atlantic, you just hope that they enjoy the whole experience and represent themselves, their families and their country to the best of their ability.

Back in August 2017, these four talented young men left Scotland bound for Cape BretonUniversity in the far north east of Canada.

They subsequently helped their university side to an unprecedented Canadian National Championship during an undefeated season.

This week, they were honoured once again and presented with their National Championship Rings, which is the equivalent of winners medals in the North American tradition.

They’ve made memories that they will cherish forever and now they have a keepsake that I’m sure they will pass down the generations.

We are genuinely proud as punch to have helped them on their way.

Congratulations Euan, Lewis, Michael & Jack from everyone here at Sporting Futures.

Congratulations and thanks also to their Head Coach and mentor Deano on the success you continue to have with the program.
